Correct answer Roland. Unlike so many others I never use a phone on the move. Don't have the kit to do so, so just don't. A phone call can wait. It's a dstraction and yes set the sat nav and then off, unless there is a helpful passenger.
Hi James, this segment is brilliant. Better than Clarkson, although when reading the ev review I imagined Clarkson reading the words and you aced it! Keep up the great reviews and writing. Hugh
When I see drivers who seem incapable of driving straight I used to think they were on their phones, but I think those drivers must be playing with their screens or their iDrive etc. so distracting.
Indeed. The screens on cars that need to be touched to control things like the heater are ridiculous. The only thing imo they should be used for is satnav and then only touchable when stationary!
Great read John. Also, thanks for posting the Bangerpedia so quickly. Problem is, I want to buy at least half the cars featured. Also, your personalised messages made me smile.
Great David, glad you have the book and like it. Yes I want all the cars too. Even the rubbish ones.
Hugh, that is very kind of you to say. Especially when I wonder whether this is actually worth my while anymore.
It's definitely worth while James, we just need to help you get your coverage out there

Absolutely, we just need to drive. everything else is a distraction.
Cheers for reading Russ...the future has yet to be written, be great if we could change it for the better. There is enough of us...
Thank you Roland, we get it, a simpler motoring life for all...
I just can't c a long term future for electric cars. Will we c again scrap car dealers returning 🤔 ta James.

The world needs cars that aren’t packed with tech. Cars that are comfortable, good to drive, reliable and easy to fix. Less gadgets please!
