One observation is the absence of Korean steel at the top of this table.
This is interesting given that Kia and Hyundai, the main volume Korean manufacturers, come with relatively long warranties that tends to tether them to main dealer networks for servicing and MOTs. Korean steel doesn’t appear to have the same built-in reliability inherent in many Japanese rivals?

Not all MoT stations are equal, (although they're supposed to be), and I don't trust a single statistic that the UK government puts out.
So, a list to be taken with a pinch of salt...not so bad if it's Celtic sea salt !
